Hosted 3CX Hosted 3CX Issue - Some Servers Affected

** Update @ 0815 2018-11-16 ** All hosted 3CX servers have been restored. In some instances an SBC Service or Reboot may be required for customers using Phones running thru 3CX Session Border Controllers.

Some hosted 3CX server are suffering lingering effects from a network change. We are currently reviewing each server, some requiring reboots.

Scheduled Maintainence - 2018-11-16 0530-0630hrs, scheduled 2 days ago

As part of ongoing works we will be conducting networking changes and cabling improvement at one of our Data Centers.

There is no projected customer impact, however there may be several switching changes of up to 5ms as this work is done.
